The team is adept at utilizing various automation and CRM tools to achieve their goals.

The BizOps team focuses on streamlining process, improving efficiency, and working hand-in-hand with other teams for workflow optimization. They are proactive, analytical, and process-thinking. They are self-directed and are well-versed with different automation and CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

- Business Analysis—identifying business needs and opportunities as well as determining solutions to problems

- Process improvement—analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing workflows, systems, and tasks to make them more efficient, and effective

- Maintaining and executing technical solutions in existing tools (Zapier, Gavel, Asana, Hubspot, etc.)

- Providing software/third party recommendations for scenarios that are not covered by any existing tools

- Documenting and systemizing processes

- Leading cross-functional projects that are leadership’s top priority, working closely with the CEO
