Job Description

Position Summary:
As a Data Analyst within the Data Product Management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping corporate strategy and allocation, managing product-level P&Ls and priorities, and ensuring smooth operating rhythms. Your mission: create products and analytics that extract valuable insights from structured and unstructured data. You'll drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.
You'll collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance. Your work will produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.

Expected Duties:
-Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations that offer deep and actionable insights against complex and dynamic business challenges in the Fintech space.
-Take ownership of the UX/UI experience delivered to clients across multiple data products.
-Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools.
-Support and contribute to data collection efforts as needed.
-Help identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics.
-Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-You'll have a moderate skill set and proficiency within the subject area, performing simple to moderately difficult aspects of the role independently. You'll support seasoned peers and management on more complex aspects of the role.
-Work on problems of moderate scope, often varied and routine, where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
-Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
-Apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems.
-Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
-Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience).
