About the Job

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to own and execute key product initiatives in alignment with our product roadmap and OKRs. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, clients, and partners to define product requirements and user stories. You will drive feature development, prioritization, and testing with design and engineering teams, ensuring the release of high-quality, impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Own and execute product initiatives aligned with the product roadmap and OKRs.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, clients, and partners to define product requirements and user stories.
  • Drive feature development, prioritization and testing with design and engineering teams, ensuring high-quality releases.
  • Conduct customer discovery, usage analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform the product roadmap.
  • Develop and track key usage analytics to measure progress against business goals.
  • Proactively identify issues and gaps, working towards effective solutions.
  • Communicate product updates and enable GTM teams on new upcoming features. 
  • Create comprehensive documentation for released features.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or in analytics roles such as Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience building SaaS applications or products with market success.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate customer problems into technical requirements (written and verbal English proficiency required).
  • Familiarity with marketing performance attribution models, media mix modeling, and geo-testing methodologies.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for enhancing product performance and user experience.
  • Highly proactive & independent decision-maker who can take calculated risks and navigate ambiguity.
  • Solid understanding of digital media channels and marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for improving product performance and user experience.
