Position Overview

We are in search of dynamic individuals to join our Italian Speaking Rapid Response Customer Service Teams. This role involves being dispatched to various locations across Europe to provide immediate and effective customer support, ensuring outstanding service during peak times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian and English, managing queries and resolving issues.
  • Travel on short notice to different client sites across Europe as needed.
  • Quickly adapt to different company cultures, operational procedures, and customer management systems.
  • Proactively manage customer complaints with a focus on satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Italian with a strong proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
