For one of our clients, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager, remotely from the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and growth through strategic engagement, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will provide ongoing support, advocate for the customer, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. With your deep product knowledge and client expertise, you’ll help guide business decisions, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. You’ll ensure clients get the most out of the product suite while continuously improving their experience.
