For one of our clients, we are looking for a Platform DevOps Engineer, working remotely from Poland and the United Kingdom.

As a Platform DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, managing, and optimizing production and development environments that support a growing SaaS platform. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will drive automation, scalability, and infrastructure improvements to ensure high availability and seamless integration. This role requires expertise in cloud-native technologies, CI/CD automation, and observability tools to maintain and enhance platform reliability. You will be part of a collaborative, remote-first environment, where innovation and continuous improvement are at the core of operations.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure to support production and development environments.
  • Automate deployment processes, improve system performance, and ensure high availability across global operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to enhance system reliability and streamline workflows.
  • Manage the full DevOps lifecycle, from concept to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Utilize cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker, to deploy and maintain fault-tolerant systems.
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines to drive automation and efficiency using tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Stay updated on modern technologies, advocating for their adoption when beneficial.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure expertise.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, such as container orchestration and service meshes.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform, Azure ARM, and Bicep.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline automation and version control tools like Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
  • Experience working with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus).
  • Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
