For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager, working remotely from the United States.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining product vision, strategy, and execution. You will research and validate new product ideas, create detailed roadmaps, and drive alignment across teams to ensure successful product launches. With a strong focus on user-centered design principles and data-driven decision-making, you will contribute to developing innovative solutions that enhance business outcomes. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering value to customers.

Accountabilities:

• Conduct market research and validate new product ideas to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Define and maintain clear product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics (OKRs).
• Extract and analyze data to inform product strategy and optimize performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully develop and launch new product solutions.
• Continuously test and refine product concepts based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Develop detailed specifications, including acceptance criteria, to guide development teams.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of launching successful products.
• Strong ability to develop and articulate Product Vision and Strategy.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in defining and aligning teams around OKRs to drive product success.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to extract and evaluate key insights from data.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering customer value while achieving business goals.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in the BPM or health insurance industry.
• Strong analytics and development background for KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
