For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Development Manager, remotely from Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new relationships and expanding existing client accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to address customer needs, create strategic growth plans, and foster long-term partnerships. By utilizing your sales expertise, you’ll identify new revenue streams while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction across various sectors.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic growth roadmaps for existing clients, ensuring opportunities for new business and client expansion.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, qualifying leads and maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and exploring new revenue streams.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for growth and service improvement.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to match services with their needs and budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing requests and resolving issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 2+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, or quality assurance.
  • Proven track record in business development or client engagement, preferably in the consulting services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of medical device development and industry-specific regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
