For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Operations Manager - F/M, remotely from France.

As a Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across various formats, including video, audio, display, and CTV. You will work closely with sales, data analytics, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of ad-serving platforms and the smooth delivery of campaigns. Your role includes managing publisher integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will contribute to improving operational processes and providing technical expertise to internal teams and external clients.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the integration of ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager) with publishers to ensure accurate data transmission and campaign setup.
  • Manage advertising campaigns, ensuring timely execution and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as VTR, viewability, CPC, and CPCV.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Provide technical support to sales teams and clients, assisting with deal troubleshooting, campaign setup, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and optimization of ad-serving tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising operations.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in advertising operations or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with ad management platforms and ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
