We are seeking an experienced Support Analyst with a background in Fullstack Development, specifically in Node.js and React. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our web applications while ensuring seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide Level 3 support for web applications built with React and Node.js, addressing complex technical issues and resolving them efficiently.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand application architecture and functionality, facilitating effective troubleshooting and problems resolution.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and analyze technical challenges reported by users and stakeholders, implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the QAs to ensure issues are documented and tracked, and participate in root cause analysis for recurring problems.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and support best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our support capabilities and technology stack.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role, with expertise in React, Node.js, and Typescript.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
