- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure documentation is up to date.

- Stay informed about airline operations and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
