Designer (UX/ UI)

Job Description

Zipdev is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and collaborate with a growing portfolio of startups to create engaging and compelling digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands user behavior, and can craft intuitive interfaces that align with our clients' brand identity and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop landing pages that enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Adapt to client design requirements, ensuring consistency with their brand and vision.
• Implement and analyze A/B testing to optimize user response and improve UX.
• Visualize and prototype new product features that align with business objectives.
• Apply UX patterns to create seamless and intuitive user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Utilize Figma to build and refine designs, maintaining a structured design system.
• Maintain and refine style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Experience with Figma libraries and their integration with frontend frameworks like Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience designing for startups or fast-growing companies.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling and user-friendly designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Currently located in LATAM.

Our Recruitment Process

• 15-minute Initial Call
• 20-minute take-home skills test
• 30-minute Call with Recruiter (project, benefits etc.)
• Interviews directly with the client (1hr technical interview with me / 45m meeting with product lead /30m meeting with the broader team)
• Final Offer!
