As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Head of Client Success who will lead a team of specialists dedicated to onboarding, educating and empowering clients and supporting client facing teams in how to use the platform and the product. In this role, your primary focus will be driving client satisfaction, building product knowledge and implement structure and procedures to delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance.
