• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and integrate into a new cultural environment.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
