As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Rapid Response Specialist, you will be a vital part of our agile response team, providing frontline customer service support in urgent situations. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English is essential.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and work on short notice.
