• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Guide customers through processes and provide information about services and offers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
