We are actively searching for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Rapid Response Specialist to join our dynamic response team. In this important role, you will be deployed to various client locations throughout Europe to provide immediate customer service assistance, ensuring clients continue to operate smoothly during peak times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, high-quality customer service in both Dutch and English.
  • Travel to various client sites across Europe when needed, often at short notice.
  • Quickly adapt to different clients' processes and systems to offer effective support.
  • Work collaboratively with local teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Help resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively and professionally.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service or similar roles is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, with flexibility in scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in emergency response or crisis management is a plus.
