Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Rapid Response Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be deployed to various client locations across Europe on short notice to provide immediate customer service support, ensuring our clients maintain high service standards during peak demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in both Dutch and English, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Travel to different client sites across Europe quickly to assist with urgent customer service needs.
  • Adapt swiftly to the unique operational processes and systems of various clients.
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, fostering positive relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is a must.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Europe, sometimes on short notice.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in emergency response or high-demand service settings is preferred.
