Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support in both Dutch and English.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and be flexible with work hours.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Team player with an independent work ethic.
  • Preferred experience in crisis management or high-pressure customer support is a plus.
