Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products and services.
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate clients on service options and help guide them in their choices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
