We are currently hiring a Dutch Customer Service Rapid Response Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be deployed to various client locations across Europe to support urgent customer service needs. Your swift adaptability and fluency in Dutch will be critical in helping our clients manage peak demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Travel to different client sites across Europe on short notice to assist with urgent customer service requests.
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with different company systems and procedures to provide effective support.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions with customers and gather feedback to contribute to service improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in English is also essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Europe.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a responsive team.
  • Experience in emergency response or high-demand environments is preferred.
