We are seeking experienced candidates, with skills in developing great frontend and native applications to join our Applications Engineering team. The main goal will be to lead a team to develop robust, performant, delightful and highly experiences. A successful candidate will work closely with the engineering team, applications team, Product and AI teams to deliver amazing, life altering products. A candidate having US Healthcare IT experience is an absolute plus!
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in developing web and hybrid applications
- Proven track record in of successfully delivering complex software
- Proven track record of building beautiful and performant UIX
- Proven track record in developing applications using hybrid technologies namely React Native
- Excellent design, coding and debugging skills
- Programming languages: Javascript , HTML, TypeScript, CSS
- Proficient in web technologies, communication protocols and security requirements
- Proficient in state management
- Proficient in responsive design principle
- Good understanding of integrating native extensions
- Good understanding of PWA
- Strong understanding and experience with SSR
- Good experience working with web sockets
- Good knowledge of front end build tools and modern SW release pipelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of web and hybrid applications
- Hands on Development/Coding
- Deliver working and tested software on schedule
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and solve them
- Provide architectural guidance and technical support
- Conduct regular code reviews
- Stay up to date on the latest frontend technologies
- Part of the emergency Response Team (production issues)
