Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate clients on our services and support them in their use of the company’s offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support processes and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Ability to work teamwork and independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
