UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who can create stunning visual masterpieces for a variety of digital and web-based products. You would be responsible for developing concepts and then working with the development team to turn them into finished products. You must be able to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. We are looking for someone who is a perfectionist but still able to meet deadlines.

You would be working on a team, so the ability to collaborate and find mutually beneficial ideas is a must.

Requirements

• Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, web designer, or other UI/UX-related experience
• Strong portfolio of previous work experience to illustrate your skillset
• Professional proficiency in English verbal and written
• Great interpersonal skills including the ability to take briefs and feedback and turn them into visual masterpieces
• Experience creating wireframes and mock-ups for initial project direction
• A strong understanding of the technical limitations and expense of the systems you’re designing.
• Experience and knowledge of Adobe Suite and other design tools.
• Ability to research and conduct user studies to make data-backed decisions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and self-manage as well as collaborate in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills especially when it comes to version control
• Experience working in agile environments and coordinating across departments
• Ability to meet deadlines while meeting other task requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail
