Territory Representative

Job Description

We’re looking for a high-energy, sports-loving, outbound sales closer to drive new business in our Territory Representative role. This is a hunting-focused sales position where you’ll strategically build your territory, engage with sports organizations, and convert prospects into customers. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own your territory – Prospect, qualify, and close new business within assigned regions.
  • Build pipeline – Partner with our BDR team to identify and nurture key accounts.
  • Run the full sales cycle – Take leads from qualification to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Drive territory strategy – Use data to assess opportunities, prioritize efforts, and communicate results.
  • Be a product expert – Conduct web-based demos, uncover customer needs, and articulate our value proposition.
  • Hit quota & optimize performance – Leverage tools and best practices to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM discipline – Accurately track activities and pipeline in Salesforce.

  • Bonus Points If You Have:
  • 4-5 years of sales experience, especially in new business development.
  • SaaS or sports industry experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving sales organization.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, trade shows, or client visits.
