Senior Systems Administrator - #34150

Job Description

As the System Administrator, you will play a key role in updating systems, addressing security breaches, and efficiently troubleshooting issues to maintain a seamless and effective operational environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer all internal systems within Leadership Circle.
  • Manage the internal support desk.
  • Manage devices, wireless networks and other critical networks.
  • Consolidate and improve the systems within the business.
  • Assist other teams to improve the way they use our systems.
  • Instal and configure software, hardware and networks.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • At least three to five years of relevant working experience in systems administration
  • Experience administering Office365 and Microsoft Entra
  • Experience administering cloud-based software
  • Experience with devices, wireless networks and other critical networks
  • Experience managing an internal support desk

Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Technical experience with at least one our core systems (NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify and Hubspot).
