As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus is new business development, targeting main contractors in our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) (£20 million to £100 million turnover) and Tier-1 contractors (£100 million+ turnover).
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and working closely with our Sales Development Representative and marketing teams, you will generate, qualify, and close opportunities, progressing prospects from discovery calls through to signed agreements. This is a high-impact sales role that requires strategic account planning, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for construction technology
