Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in driving new business opportunities for our client. Utilizing our power dialer system, the BDR will engage with potential customers, introducing them to our solutions and convincing them to schedule a demonstration. The BDR will ensure prospects attend and complete their demos, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. This role offers performance-based bonuses for completed demos and closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use the power dialer to connect with potential customers and introduce them to the client's solutions.
  • Persuade prospects to schedule and attend product demonstrations.
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm demo attendance and ensure completion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for demo completions and contribute to closed deals.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
