At OpenX Poland, we’re looking for talented and curious engineers to join our amazing team in Cracow, Poland. Currently, we’re looking for a Staff Software Developer in Test (Python) who will join our Full-stack team that is responsible for:
Contextual targeting
CTV advertising
Ad Quality, Traffic Quality
The team is using the following technologies:
Frontend: JS/TS, React, Material UI
API: Python
Backend: Java, Go, Erlang, Elixir
CICD: Cloudbuild, Spinnaker
On daily basis, we are using the Scrum framework with an open-minded attitude to adapt the process to our needs.
Within the team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other SDETs focusing on different domains (both frontend and backend), as well as be a part of the QA Guild focusing on making impactful changes to our tools and processes.
Key responsibilities:
Test large-scale data processing systemsInvolved in all phases of product development, starting from requirements to validation and deploymentAnalyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of applicationsWork in a focused and nimble team that collaborates on common problems across products and across focus areasOwn components, processes, and workflows that demand professionalism, excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skillsCreate, maintain, and improve automation test suites/frameworksMonitor and maintain QA CI pipelines, collaborate on CD enablementConduct root cause analysis of issues and provide solutions for better coverage and maintainabilityEffectively communicate and being a crucial member of both the project teams and QA organizationBe exposed to a broader set of problems, which allows for fast career growth and proximity to abundant technical problemsRequired qualifications:
7+ years of test automation experienceProficiency in Python and ability to improve, debug, modify and maintain an automation framework codebaseExperience in using test design techniquesExperience using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or SpinnakerExcellent troubleshooting skills to triage complex issuesExperience operating in an agile environmentCommunicative Polish and English languages Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
Desired qualification:
Experience Google Cloud Platform, k8s, and dockerExperience in UI/UX testingExperience in API testingCypress framework experienceRobot framework experienceFamiliarity with advertising technologies and the advertising ecosystemWhat we offer
