The expansion products team focuses exclusively on products that can demonstrate adoption, drive up engagement in target segments and are easily monetizable. This team handles multiple product areas including Phone System, email system, online listing integration, WordPress Hosting, Memberships & Courses, Mobile Apps, etc.

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Membership Platform Team, focusing on UI performance optimization, design system consistency, and frontend infrastructure improvements. You will play a critical role in ensuring our platform delivers a seamless, high-performance user experience while maintaining a scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale frontend systems and drive impactful changes in UI/UX optimization.
Responsibilities
Optimize frontend performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth interactions, efficient rendering and minimizing bottlenecks.
Standardize UI components and maintain consistency across the product, aligning with the design system.
Refactor and improve existing code to enhance maintainability, scalability, and readability.
Lead and mentor frontend engineers, sharing best practices in performance tuning and modern UI development.
Identify and address UI/UX bottlenecks, accessibility issues, security issues and frontend technical debt.
Implement best practices in frontend testing, CI/CD workflows, and modern development patterns across teams.
Automate quality checks, monitoring, and alerts to drive data-driven decision-making.
Deeply understand the product, customers, and competitors to improve user experience.
Collaborate with designers, product teams to deliver a high-quality user experience.
Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and advocate for improvements in the tech stack.
Qualifications
5+ years of frontend development experience and 1+ years in a lead role or similar position
