About the Project

The QA Analyst will work on multiple applications within an Ordering Back Office environment. The role involves manual testing with a focus on identifying and analyzing software bugs before deployment. While automation is an ongoing goal, the primary responsibilities will be manual testing, with potential exposure to Selenium and Cucumber for automation tasks. Candidates will work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute test cases to identify software defects.

• Perform manual testing on various applications within an Ordering Back Office environment.

• Document test results and report defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

• Re-test software after patches to ensure defects are fixed and no new issues arise.

• Support efforts to introduce automation using tools such as Selenium and Cucumber.

• Ensure testing processes align with quality standards and best practices.

• Work with cross-functional teams, potentially moving between development teams as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 0 - 2 years of experience in software quality assurance.

• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

• Experience with manual testing; knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber) is a plus.

• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.

• Availability to work in Central Time Zone (CST) with full-day overlap preferred.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Candidates can be located anywhere in LATAM.
