Job Description

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning and Computer Vision Engineer to design, develop, and optimize advanced ML models and computer vision solutions. You will focus on deep learning techniques, transformers, and state-of-the-art research in generalizability, domain adaptation, incremental, and continual learning, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative product development.

As a Machine Learning and Computer Vision Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and optimize ML and computer vision algorithms for real-world applications.
• Implement deep learning architectures, including transformers, with a focus on improving generalizability, domain adaptation, incremental learning, and continual learning.
• Develop task-specific Vision Language Models (VLMs) to enhance our AI-powered solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and integrate novel techniques to improve model performance.
• Build end-to-end solutions for image, audio, and video analytics, optimizing models for real-time processing and video analytics.
• Develop and maintain efficient, scalable, and production-ready codebases.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate research into scalable AI-driven products.

Requirements

What you'll bring:

Education Background & Experience:

• PhD in Computer Science or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, OR
• Master’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in core machine learning, with a specialization in computer vision applications.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with advanced machine learning frameworks and architectures.
• Hands-on experience with generalizability, domain adaptation, incremental learning, and continual learning techniques.
• Experience in large-scale CV dataset development and management.
• Proficiency in Python and ML/CV libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Hugging Face, and related frameworks.

Additional Desirable Experience:

• Experience in product development for video analytics and real-time processing.
• Familiarity with data pipeline design, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and scalable ML model deployment.
• Publications in top-tier AI, CV, or ML conferences or journals is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in high-intensity, fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-specialists.
