Engineering Operations Program Manager

Job Description

The Engineering Operations team is responsible for ensuring the senior leaders in the Technology organization are operating as effectively as possible. You’ll support travel planning, expenses and calendaring for a group of VPs. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be passionate about helping, optimizing for efficiency and multitasking. In this role, you’ll be part of the Engineering Operations team and you’ll help shape the culture of our growing Technology organization.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.


What we're looking for:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility

  • Willingness to learn and an open mind
  • Experience using Google Suite and Zoom
  • Experience managing 2 or more executive’s calendars
  • Experience managing executive’s travel logistics

  • What you can expect:
  • Managing complex calendars for multiple senior leaders
  • Coordinate booking recurring meetings with groups of various sizes, often across departments
  • Booking meetings with external contacts
  • Building a relationship with the Sr Leaders you’re supporting and across the organization
  • Learning each leader’s priorities and applying that to calendar management
  • A knower of things: You’ll be seen as someone who doesn’t necessarily need to know all the things, but who can point people in the right direction
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports for each leader
  • Providing coverage for EngOps team members on PTO
  • Recommending time management techniques and outlining/proposing opportunity for efficiency
