About the Role:
HighLevel is looking for a passionate SDET for its Full-time remote engineering team in India. You will be responsible for ensuring that the new releases we make for features, enhancements, or new products meet the strict standards of quality & consistency. The buck stops at you and you will have the final say on the correctness, reliability & consistency of our builds. You will prepare detailed test cases that ensure coverage in our complex platform and you will help developers identify & replicate any inconsistencies. You will also work closely with support teams to reproduce reported bugs and communicate them to developers and product teams.
Requirements:
Automation Skills: Proficient in both UI and API automation, with a strong track record of developing robust test scripts

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automated test cases for modules, covering both API and UI functionalities
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for customer-reported issues on a daily basis, utilizing support tickets as the primary source of information. Take appropriate actions to address identified issues promptly
Conduct thorough testing of new features and updates, ensuring timely release to customers while maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing efforts and ensure alignment with project timelines
Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality and customer satisfaction
