About the Role:
HighLevel is looking for a passionate SDET for its Full-time remote engineering team in India. You will be responsible for ensuring that the new releases we make for features, enhancements, or new products meet the strict standards of quality & consistency. The buck stops at you and you will have the final say on the correctness, reliability & consistency of our builds. You will prepare detailed test cases that ensure coverage in our complex platform and you will help developers identify & replicate any inconsistencies. You will also work closely with support teams to reproduce reported bugs and communicate them to developers and product teams.


Requirements:
  • Automation Skills: Proficient in both UI and API automation, with a strong track record of developing robust test scripts
  • Innovative Problem Solver: Ability to think outside the box and identify unique approaches to finding and resolving bugs
  • Independent Worker: Capable of working independently, managing tasks efficiently, and meeting deadlines

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement automated test cases for modules, covering both API and UI functionalities
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for customer-reported issues on a daily basis, utilizing support tickets as the primary source of information. Take appropriate actions to address identified issues promptly
  • Conduct thorough testing of new features and updates, ensuring timely release to customers while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing efforts and ensure alignment with project timelines
  • Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to the overall improvement of product quality and customer satisfaction
