Role & Responsibilities
HighLevel is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to drive our company's growth and success.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of expertise in technical recruitment.
  • Preferred background in SaaS companies or similar high-growth environments.
  • Experience working in a scaled hiring environment with a proven track record of meeting quality hiring goals.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and other tech-driven functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing hiring managers, technical leaders, and senior stakeholders.
  • Awareness of market trends and dynamics in the tech hiring landscape.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment metrics.
