Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer passionate about creating impactful digital products. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, designers, and product managers to plan and implement features across various products and industries. You’ll work within an agile, team-oriented environment focused on continuous learning and innovative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design and build software applications tailored to their business needs.
• Define product vision and roadmap alongside designers and product managers.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance features across multiple applications and industries.
• Engage in agile development processes, ensuring smooth project delivery from concept to completion.
• Contribute to internal code reuse and open-source initiatives through our OpEx program.
• Ensure client success by delivering thoughtful, impactful digital products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript, including modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Ember.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions.
• Strong client communication and collaboration skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling digital products.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 advanced- C1 level).

• Experience working in a product company or SaaS environment (preferred).
