Our client is seeking a Sales Representative with Cold Calling Experience to join their dynamic team. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and converting them into valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and optimize sales techniques.
  • Document sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Experience Using HUBSPOT
  • Ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Experience in using CRM systems for managing sales activities.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively.
