What You Will Do

• Source > Engage > Convert
• Recruiters at Interface.AI are tasked with building the company from the ground up and helping it achieve its goals
• Identify specific and high-performing candidates that will enhance the culture of the company
• Attract applicants, compete for top talent, improve quality of hire, and increase brand awareness
• Be an enthusiastic storyteller who understands the company's brand differentiators
• Create a meaningful candidate experience

What You Will Bring

• 6+ years of experience in technical recruitment
• Working with start-up/ similar industries
• Have ambition and drive to really build a company
• Can navigate ambiguity well
• Have the ability to pitch the company vision and the role in a genuine way
• Are a savvy negotiator and excel at influencing and negotiating the close

Compensation

• Compensation: Base salary is expected to be between $100,000 - $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location. Potential to be a permanent Recruiter or Contract to Hire, compensation and benefits may vary based on the form of hire.
