6+ years of experience in technical recruitment
Working with start-up/ similar industries
Have ambition and drive to really build a company
Can navigate ambiguity well

Are a savvy negotiator and excel at influencing and negotiating the close
Compensation
Compensation: Base salary is expected to be between $100,000 - $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location. Potential to be a permanent Recruiter or Contract to Hire, compensation and benefits may vary based on the form of hire.
