The Director of Product Strategy and Operations plays a pivotal role in driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration for the Product and Engineering teams. This position acts as a trusted advisor to the CPO and CTO, ensuring alignment across teams, streamlining operations, and advancing strategic priorities to accelerate the impact of the organization.
What your day could consist of:
Collaborating with the CPO to define and communicate the strategic vision for Product and Engineering.
Leading the annual and quarterly strategic planning processes, ensuring clear alignment with company-wide objectives.
Developing frameworks to evaluate opportunities and support decision-making at the executive level.
Building and refining operational processes that drive efficiency, transparency, and accountability across teams.
Designing and managing systems for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives.
Partnering with leaders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, improving overall team performance.
Leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of high-priority projects.
Managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Acting as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Managing key stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and drive shared outcomes.
Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the CPO to inform strategic decision-making.
Synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable strategies and communications.
Providing a holistic view of the organization’s operations to inform decision-making.
Serving as a sounding board for ideas and challenges, offering thoughtful input and perspective.
Assisting in shaping and communicating the vision and priorities of the Product and Engineering organizations.

Representing the CPO in meetings and communications as needed.

5-7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management roles, ideally within product or engineering organizations.
