What Will You Do
Develop & Deploy Product Marketing Strategy:
Gain a deep understanding of our customer base, pain points, and objectives.
Define and articulate compelling messaging and positioning that accurately captures our product differentiation and clearly communicates how we are building the autonomous future of solar.
Craft provocative narratives on how solar assets should be built, operated, and maintained, challenging entrenched perceptions and opinions.
Identify important customer signals and understand the competitive landscape to determine opportunities and gaps.
Disrupt and Strengthen Market Perception:
Develop and execute a content roadmap that establishes Raptor Maps as a thought leader and showcases our innovative solutions.
Create compelling content, such as research articles, customer stories, and videos.
Drive Demand Generation:
Collaborate with Marketing and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to launch campaigns.
Provide high-quality materials and messaging to support demand generation efforts.
Develop field enablement assets to drive consistency, remove friction, and help the GTM team scale and close deals.
Bridge Product and GTM Teams:
Own the relationship between Product, R&D, and GTM.
Manage product launches from end to end. Monitor and report on the success of product launches, adjusting strategies as needed.
Empower GTM teams with actionable insights on customer use cases.
What You Will Bring
At least 3 years of marketing experience at B2B SaaS startups, including product marketing, enterprise marketing, growth marketing or Go-To-Market strategy, or at least 3 years of business development or technical marketing experience at renewable energy companies.
Experience working with enterprise-level, renewable energy, and/or industrials customers is a plus.
Proven ability to own and execute marketing strategies.
Experience with technical customer profiles.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in measuring success through defined metrics.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights and easy-to-understand stories across different mediums that make people sit up and pay attention.
Customer-obsessed and driven by empathy; you want to crack what drives customers and ensure we deliver on their needs from both a product and content perspective.
