We are a Polish branch of a fast-growing InsurTech product company from Silicon Valley - Hippo Insurance. Our mission is to revolutionize home insurance in the USA from IoT monitoring devices to our industry-leading software.

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a group of talented, passionate software engineers. You’ll exert technical leadership by investing in their individual growth, managing the team operations, and participating in their day-to-day work. You’ll partner closely with multiple Product Managers to craft and maintain a strong vision for our software products, evaluating business impact and technical tradeoffs to support two strategic charters – New Homes Insurance Core and New Homes CX & Sales.
