This is a brand new role created as our team becomes more mature and segmented to best serve our large TAM. We are a fully remote company hiring in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MD, MI, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA
Responsibilities
Managing a team of 5 or more new business reps
Working closely with sellers day-to-day, identifying enablement opportunities and delivering real-time feedback
Helping your team with complex, 6- and 7-figure deals
Being available for brainstorming sessions on specific deals, helping reps to find ways of pushing urgency forward to get to the close
Communicate cross-functionally to help the whole team iterate on approach, flex to market changes, and learn from each other
About You
2+ years sales leadership experience, 8+ years total sales experience in new business
You’ve sold to many different personas within orgs. You are able to seamlessly flex your pitch to match the unique motivations of each title
You have a history of team quota overachievement and clear metrics to back this up
You grew into management from a strong foundation as a successful individual contributor AE
You're able to work deals strategically while driving monthly and quarterly urgency
You thrive selling within fast-paced, high growth environments
You have an entrepreneurial, startup mindset that helps you to default to action and make strong judgment calls
You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, jumping right onto the front lines with your reps to help them unblock deals
You’re empathetic and care deeply about your team; You build a trusting relationship where feedback (both ways) is given freely and implemented quickly
You have an engaging personality; it comes naturally to you to bring great energy every day helping create a fun and positive environment for your team to do their best work
