What You’ll Do
Conduct 80-100 cold calls per day
Use discovery questions, active listening, and knowledge of the competitive landscape to understand prospect’s pain points and convey how brightwheel can deliver value
Schedule and run product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s needs
Close sales and partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth customer implementation
Actively manage your pipeline, keeping information accurate, organized, and up-to-date, and regularly reflecting on key metrics
Collaborate with your manager to identify opportunities to improve your sales process; respond quickly and with an open mind to coaching and feedback
Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
