Account Executive - High Velocity

Role Overview
In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Sales - High Velocity & Pre-Sales and will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through every stage of the sales cycle. As a High Velocity (HV) Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and fostering strong customer relationships within the SMB (<100 employees) market segment. Unlike other sales roles with specialized teams (e.g., BDRs or CSMs), this position offers the opportunity to handle the entire sales process independently, providing end-to-end ownership of customer relationships. This is an ideal role for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and excited to collaborate with a team that values innovation and customer success.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads to generate new revenue opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Manage and expand an existing customer account base, identifying and executing growth strategies.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Keep prospects and customers informed about new products, features, roadmap updates, and other key developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline and forecast to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS or technical sales role.
  • Proven track record of closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Outreach (preferred).
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
