We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our marketing technology initiatives. In this role, you will identify and implement MarTech tools that enhance our subscription offerings, drive customer engagement, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience building and scaling MarTech stacks, and a proven ability to improve marketing outcomes through technology.
You Will:
Develop and execute the martech product roadmap to align with marketing objectives.
Evaluate and integrate third-party tools to enhance marketing capabilities.
Incorporate and manage experimentation tech, to enable partners to assess the effectiveness of various marketing strategies, allowing for data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to use technology to improve and personalize the customer journey.
Explore third-party data collection efforts, predictive analytics, and AI-based tools to generate deep customer insights and optimize the customer lifecycle.
Guide the team in applying best practices and maintaining compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Work with the analytics team to understand performance, derive insights, and inform product roadmap.
Ensure a seamless interface between the MarTech platform and other technology tools within the organization for a cohesive technology ecosystem.
Implement feedback loops to continuously improve martech effectiveness.
You Have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a MarTech-focused role.
Hands-on experience building or scaling martech stacks for high-growth subscription services.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, landing page platforms and customer engagement tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
Ability to work with APIs and data integrations across martech platforms.
Understanding of analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital campaign tracking.
Familiarity with modern frameworks like CDPs and data pipelines.
Experience managing data governance and ensuring privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Strong technical literacy to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
