Job Description

Introduction:

Move, Sword Health’s whole-body solution for a pain-free tomorrow, is looking for an analytical, strategic and driven candidate to help us optimize our enrollments in 2025. The Sword Move Growth Marketing Associate, reporting to the Head of Marketing, will play a critical role in optimizing marketing efforts across key channels—email, direct mail, webinars, and landing pages—while driving enrollments for top-tier clients and health plans.
By analyzing campaign performance, identifying high-impact experimentation opportunities, and building insightful dashboards in tools like Looker and Google Sheets, this key player will help the Move team achieve ambitious growth goals. We’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for data-driven decision-making, a knack for designing and executing impactful marketing experiments, and experience driving growth through analytics in a B2C or B2B2C environment. If you’re excited to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create measurable impact, we’d love to meet you!

What you'll be doing:
  • Analyze the performance of key marketing channels (website/landing pages, email, direct mail, lifecycle, and webinars) to identify trends and improve conversion rates.
  • Improve our marketing data layer by increasing our analytical sophistication through the creation of looker or google sheet dashboards that will inform the entire Move marketing vertical.
  • Identify and prioritize experimentation opportunities based on performance data.
  • Monitor top-tier clients and health plans, flagging underperformance and suggesting improvements.
  • Propose and execute experimentation strategies, prioritizing projects with the highest ROI and managing projects through ideation and execution.
  • Design and implement data-driven marketing experiments to enhance enrollment conversion rates across channels, working closely with the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Measure and analyze test results and top client initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Design, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Data, Customer Success, Clinical, and Operations.

  • What you need to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, focusing on optimizing for customer acquisition in a B2C or B2B2C high-growth startup (preferably early-stage) or consulting/agency roles.
  • Excellent English and willingness to work a later schedule to support US-based teammates, starting at 10:00 am Portugal Time.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
  • Expertise in analytical tools like Looker and Google Sheets; Mixpanel experience is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proven ability to ideate, execute, and measure impactful A/B tests across digital marketing channels.
  • Data-driven, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Knowledge of email acquisition and digital marketing best practices, with a willingness to learn new platforms and technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track record of producing a high volume of marketing campaigns in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
