The Content Strategy and Production Manager will be part of the Website & Content team and will: Develop and manage the production calendar for all content initiatives, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery; Drive content strategy for customer journey touchpoints, supporting lead generation and engagement efforts; Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and consistency across content, campaigns, and customer experiences; Leverage operational expertise and innovation to streamline processes and optimize content production.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and maintain a master production calendar for all content initiatives, including editorial, website, and cross-functional projects;
Oversee the creation and delivery of content, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards;
Map out content touchpoints across the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion;
Collaborate with teams to ensure messaging, content formats, and user experiences align with journey objectives;
Serve as a liaison between editorial, design, and campaign teams to ensure content aligns with overarching marketing strategies;
Partner with the Growth Marketing leadership team and other stakeholders to develop content strategies that support business goals.
What you need to have:
5-7 years of experience in content strategy, operations, or a related role within a fast-paced environment;
Strong expertise in developing and managing content production workflows and calendars;
Experience mapping and optimizing customer journeys, particularly in digital environments;
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and align stakeholders;
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies;
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
