The TTEC Digital Google Partner Practice is a Google Cloud Contact Center Artificial Intelligence (CCAI) platform launch partner that can train, test, secure, deploy and integrate CCAI and the Vertex AI suite to produce multi-platform, data informed, enterprise solutions that fuel exceptional employee and customer experience (CX).
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer with expertise in Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES), Google CCAI, Google Dialogflow, Google CCaaS, and other leading Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms such as Cisco and Genesys. The ideal candidate will have a strong presales background, experience with RFP processes, in-depth knowledge of GCP pricing, and a proven ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders. This role requires exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to deliver technical solutions that address customer challenges effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with sales teams to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions using Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES), Google CCAI, Google CCaaS, and other CCaaS platforms.
Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops to showcase solution capabilities.
Develop and deliver comprehensive responses to RFPs, aligning with customer goals and industry best practices.
Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions that integrate Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES), Google CCAI, Google CCaaS, Cisco, Genesys, and other CCaaS platforms.
Develop blueprints for end-to-end contact center transformation, including Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVA) and conversational AI integration
Maintain deep technical knowledge of Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES), Google CCAI, Google CCaaS, GCP, and competitive CCaaS platforms like Cisco and Genesys.
Provide insights into GCP pricing models and assist in designing cost-optimized solutions for customers.
Understand and articulate interoperability between various CCaaS platforms and enterprise systems.
Build trust with C-suite executives by presenting business-aligned technical strategies and value propositions.
Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate technical complexities and achieve measurable ROI.
Partner with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, and engineering) to craft cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Clearly explain technical concepts to audiences of varying technical proficiency.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the CCaaS and conversational AI space.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer needs and market gaps.
What You'll Bring to the Role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a presales or technical sales role within a professional services organization, with a focus on CCaaS and cloud-based solutions.
Expertise in Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES), Google CCAI, Dialogflow, GCP, and leading CCaaS platforms like Google CCaaS, Cisco, and Genesys.
Experience with integration of CCaaS platforms into CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
Familiarity with competitor offerings and their differentiation in the market.
Proficient in RFP processes, technical proposal development, and solution presentations.
Strong understanding of GCP pricing and cost-optimization strategies.
Proven track record of engaging with and influencing CXO-level executives.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Architect, Genesys Certified Professional, or Cisco, Nice CXOne, Five9, TalkDesk and Microsoft D365 Contact Center Specialist preferred.
What You Can Expect
The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $130,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
