As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through a mix of analysis, creativity, and execution. You’ll scale our affiliate, referral, and conversion strategies while optimizing the customer journey for measurable results. Collaborating with teams like CRM, product, design, and sales will be key to your success. ⭐ How will you make an impact?
Affiliate & Referral Program Management. Own the strategy, implementation, execution and optimization of both our affiliate and referral programs to increase customer acquisition, retention, and viral growth. Recruit new partners, onboard affiliates, and continually assess and refine program performance.
Conversion Rate Optimization. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer journeys, funnels, and behavior to identify friction points and optimize conversion across the entire funnel from acquisition to revenue retention. Implement A/B and multivariate tests to refine landing pages, onboarding, and user flows.
Data-Driven Insights. Continuously monitor and analyze business performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn, MRR) and translate data into actionable insights to optimize strategies. Build dashboards and reports in Google Sheets/Excel to share insights with stakeholders.
Market & Competitor Research. Stay on top of industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and benchmark our growth tactics to identify new opportunities in the market.
Product-Led Growth (PLG). Drive PLG initiatives by optimizing user flows, sign-up processes, onboarding experiences, and trial-to-paid conversion rates, especially in our B2B SaaS, freemium, and self-service model.
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with product, design, and the other four marketing teams to implement growth strategies and ensure consistent messaging that align with business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and seamless user experiences across all touchpoints.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
3+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on affiliate/referral programs and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
You have hands-on experience designing and implementing affiliate programs, viral loops, loyalty programs or referral mechanisms.
A strong understanding of business metrics (MRR, ARPU, CPA, LTV, churn) and proven ability to drive measurable improvements with great attention to detail.
Proven success in CRO, including experience in A/B testing and user flow analysis
You’re comfortable working with technical teams and know how to communicate effectively with them.
A data-driven mindset with advanced skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio. Comfortable digging into data and deriving actionable insights. You are able to create professional slides and presentations.
Highly proactive, hands-on, with a self-starter mindset, thriving in fast-paced environment while continuously seeking out new growth frameworks, tools, and emerging industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Proficient English level and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data and ideas to stakeholders across all levels.
