Job Title: Digital Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Work Shift: Syndey time
Working Hours: 20 hours per week (part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly creative Digital Marketing & Content Specialist with a passion for storytelling and content creation to help grow our online community. The ideal candidate is a skilled video editor and digital marketer with a deep understanding of social media trends, particularly in the faith-based and music space. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to grow engagement and followers.
    • Monitor and optimize performance on social platforms using data-driven insights.
    • Create cohesive messaging and ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Content Creation & Video Production:
    • Produce lyric videos, reels, and short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
    • Edit and deliver social media-specific content, including dynamic promotional reels and interview clips.
    • Ensure lyric videos are accurately timed to enhance sing-along experiences, especially for faith-based audiences.
    • Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and deliver creative content based on briefs.
  • Campaign Support:
    • Assist with Meta and Google Ads campaign strategy and optimization.
    • Explore and implement the latest AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of marketing efforts.
  • Content Optimization:
    • Caption, subtitle, and format video content for multiple platforms.
    • Research trending content and styles used by similar artists to stay current and relevant.
    • Explore and implement AI-driven tools to streamline content creation and video production.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • Knowledge of best practices for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong storytelling and creative production skills.
  • Experience with Meta and Google Ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for video editing and marketing.
  • Understanding of faith-based content and music-related projects is highly desirable.
